Payment questions
Každý nový účet má prvých 30 dní balík Profi zadarmo (alebo Business, ak si ho zvolíte). Nič nemusíte zadávať ani rušiť. Počas skúšobnej doby je k dispozícii 20 operácií AI asistenta a 15 dokumentov s AI. Ak si balík nepredplatíte, automaticky prejdete na Zadarmo a všetky doklady vám zostanú. Skúšobná doba je jedna na firmu (IČO) a e-mail.
V aplikácii v časti Nastavenia → Predplatné nájdete platobné údaje – zaplatíte prevodom alebo QR kódom, mesačne alebo ročne. Po prijatí platby balík predĺžime a faktúru vám pošleme e-mailom. Ročná platba vychádza o 2 mesiace lacnejšie.
We are not VAT payers (registration under § 7a of the VAT Act) – the listed prices are final. We invoice companies from other EU countries with a VAT number under the reverse charge mechanism.
You will not be able to issue another document in that month – we will notify you and offer you the Start package. The limit resets the following month. Tax documents for received payments are not counted towards the limit.
At any time in the application under Settings → Subscription. When switching to a lower package, you will not lose any data; only some features will no longer be available.
